Dr Badiredi Tau

Badiredi Tau is a healthcare practitioner with 20 years of private practice experience. Having successfully grown his business through strong leadership and business acumen, he also served as a Director of Symphony Health Medical Aid.

His passion for pioneering businesses led him to venture into managed care, an area that is under developed in Botswana. He is currently the Managing Director of Supplementary Health Service Botswana. Badiredi holds a dental degree BDS from the University College Cork (Ireland) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Aesthetics Dentistry from University of Pretoria (RSA).

Ms Onthatile Ogotseng

Ms. Ogotseng is a corporate executive with extensive experience in governance, compliance & regulatory matters, corporate law, risk management and contract management. She has been part of various executive teams involved in strategy formulation & execution and project management.

She currently works in the Legal and Corporate Secretariat Department at Africa Finance Corporation, a multilateral development financial institution in Africa. She is an experienced Legal Counsel and Company Secretary with demonstrated history of working in social security and health industry having previously served as the Company Secretary at Sir Ketumile Masire Teaching Hospital as well as Head of Legal and Board Secretary at Motor Vehicle Accident Fund (MVA Fund).

Ms. Ogotseng holds a Master's degree in Management of Finance & Investments from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits Business School) South Africa, an LLB from the University of Botswana, and has in addition completed several leadership and management development programmes through University of Stellenbosch. South Africa. She is also an admitted Attorney of the High Court of Botswana and is an admitted Conveyancer and Notary Public. Ms. Ogotseng was also an independent non-executive director at Letlole La Rona (LLR).

Mr Mokgethi Magapa

A founding member and Vice Chairman of Agile Holdings (Pty) Ltd, Mokgethi is an accomplished corporate executive and (now turned businessman) with great track record in startups, turnarounds, and general transformation of companies. Amongst his business interests are filling stations, property development (commercial, retail and residential), management consulting as well as social entrepreneurship projects. He is the immediate past Chairman of the Local Enterprise Authority (LEA) in Botswana, which is tasked with SMME development.

Mokgethi has over 23 years working experience with strong executive leadership, business transformation and creating a high-performance culture having successfully led multinational companies. He has worked in different industries such as telecommunications, manufacturing, retail, logistics and international trade, security and risk management.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (University of Botswana - 1997), Post-Graduate Certificate Telco Policy & Regulatory Management – University of the Witwatersrand (RSA - 2005) and a Management Development Programme – University of Stellenbosch (RSA - 2009).
